The general estimated service fee is 0.24%–1.08%, but the actual conditions depend on the selected route and order.

Blockchain network costs are separate from service-controlled processing and can vary with network conditions. The user should review the order and wallet transaction details before sending.

Blockchain Confirmations and Processing Time

Typical service processing takes 7–19 minutes after the required network confirmations.

This range does not include a guarantee about how quickly a public blockchain will confirm a deposit or payout. Confirmation times can change because of congestion, block production, validator or miner activity and other network conditions outside ETH-Swap.io control.

Irreversible Blockchain Transfers

Blockchain transactions are generally difficult or impossible to reverse after they are confirmed.

Before sending funds, users should verify:

• the cryptocurrency;
• the blockchain network;
• the destination address;
• the amount;
• the active order details.

Sending the wrong asset, using an unsupported network or entering an incorrect wallet address can result in delayed processing or permanent loss of funds.

Route and Network Availability

A pair or network shown at one time may not remain available indefinitely.

Route availability can change because of liquidity, technical conditions, service maintenance, network conditions or risk controls.

If a required route is unavailable, the user should choose another supported option or wait until the route is available again rather than sending funds outside the active order instructions.

Third-Party Wallets and Platforms

Users may interact with ETH-Swap.io through wallets, exchanges, blockchain explorers or other third-party services.

ETH-Swap.io does not control:

• third-party wallet software;
• third-party exchange accounts;
• external platform availability;
• third-party fees;
• third-party security practices;
• third-party transaction policies.

A problem caused by a third-party platform may require the user to contact that provider as well as ETH-Swap.io support.

User Responsibility

The user is responsible for:

• entering a valid destination address;
• choosing the correct asset and network;
• reviewing the current order conditions;
• sending only the asset specified by the order;
• using the service in accordance with applicable rules;
• protecting wallet credentials and recovery information.

ETH-Swap.io support does not require a seed phrase, private key or wallet password.

ETH-Swap.io is responsible for displaying the current supported route and order conditions, providing order-specific deposit details, processing supported exchanges and sending the payout when the order can be completed.

The service cannot control public blockchain confirmation speed, third-party wallet behavior or external platform outages.
